Manikgad Trek- Panvel-26/6/10

Hah! Finally weekend and guess what I’ll be going for trek. I was not sure about my trek becoz it been a long time I have not done any trek. But i was happy that i enjoyed and completed the trek with lots of fun.

Like every year RAJESH SALVE who arranges the trek manage to gather everybody once again. We’re all 13 of them in total. All from different agency, company and location.
Not bad at all. So we decided to leave early in the morning fron DADAR. We hired a bus.

Manikgad is not that known in the history like Raigad and on….. As the name suggest, its a fort situated 1800-ft above the sea level. The fort is completely destroyed and one can hardly see anything besides temple which is setup and the local villages.
The trek ended well, but with few difficulties as there was no rain and we all were getting dehydrated and tired as we’re trekking. Few were also injured.

niece birthday_1st birthday

9th June 2010, We celebrated our niece first birthday. The cake was specially designed on the princess concept. It turn out to be really good.

Pavooos alaa Re!

After the IPL Hot, here’s comes the cooling effect. Its not “AXE effect”. Its Rainbow effect.
Yes finally monsoon is blessed in mumbai and it showed up with his amazing rainbow. I captured this this rainbow at my home place, in thane. Now I’m ready to enjoy at the fullest. Probably taking my car on a long drive this weekened. Dont worry, I’ll share that experience too.

Ramleela in Thane (Nautanki)

Last weekend i visited my friends place. I was surprised to see LIVE NAUTANKI in Thane. Woh! It was gud experience, I have never seen before….
When i asked my friend, how long it going to be, he said today is the last day…. Apprently i missed out the fun… becoz i was just the last part of it… Needed to say i wanted to see the whole of Nautanki… Never mind I wish next time i’m sure i’ll make out…

The village – Thane

Good ambient and nice village concept. One should go at least once. This buffalo is kept outside the restaurant. Its gives the village feel right at the beginning of the restaurant before getting inside. We celebrate our bhabhi’s wedding anniversary on 1st June. Good fun
